The second annual National Veterans Summer Sports Clinic was held September 20 - 25 in San Diego.  The Clinic was targeted for recently injured Veterans with the goal to introduce them to adaptive sports and to renew their self-confidence through sporting activities.  Invacare's Jim Black instructed the handcycle clinic using the extensive range of Top End handcycles. Jim said, "It was an honor to be part of a great VA event with so many experienced therapists who know handcycles. Together we really made a difference -- helping the veterans to select the right handcycle and get them positioned correctly. It was a positive life changing experience for each person we helped."
