How do you attach the racing chair to the training roller?
The attachment is very easy-just place the rear wheels of the racing chair on the drum and secure the main tube as shown in the video. The main track can be adjusted in length to fit different lengths.

The LeMond® Revolution Trainer looks very high tech. Is there a less expensive option for training on my handcycle indoors?
Yes, the handcycle indoor training roller will provide an excellent way to train indoors without all the bells and whistles of the LeMond Revolution Trainer. It can be easily adjusted to allow more or less resistance. It is affordable too!
How do you set up the handcycle indoor training roller?
First loosen the footrest clamps and rotate them so that they are vertical instead of horizontal. Then simply place the front wheel on the flywheel and secure the front wheel in the brackets by turning the knobs like in this video. After you transfer into the handcycle, place your feet on the floor and spin away!!
